Application:

• Widely applied to the process such as vacuum degassing, vacuum metallurgy, vacuum drying and vacuum heat treatment.Large-scale pump is more suitable for the applications such as steel vacuum processing, spatial modeling and low-density wind tunnel device etc.

• It can also be applied to the manufacturing process of evaporation, distillation and drying in the industries such as chemical, food, medicine, electric power equipment.

Features:

• It is not only has the effect of run-time overload protection, but also can improve the pump rate under higher inlet pressure (lower vacuum).

• The adjustment of spillover valve for inlet and outlet pressure can enable safe and reliable operation.

• The use of frame sealing, good sealing performance.

• There exists a gap between the two rotating components (impeller), without touch and frictions, so rubric oil is no need.

• As the rotating components completely symmetrical, there is good balance

• The rotating components are supported by four bearings, so there is only small mechanical vibration and extreme low noise when running.

• The pump rate is very high under huge pressure range (1><10³pa-1pa).
